Emergency Medical Aid

Mini-Soccer/Youth Players Only : In the event a Player requires emergency medical aid we need to know whether or not you are happy for treatment to be given by one of the on-hand first aid qualified club officials such as the team manager.

Adult Players Only : Acceptance of WRFC Terms and Conditions includes agreement to emergency medical first aid / treatment being administered to you when required, by a qualified club official, either with your tacit approval or in the event you are incapacitated to the extent you cannot reasonably provide such approval then at the discretion of the qualified club official.

IMPORTANT: Note that, where a youth player is being registered, should the child’s guardian not wish to agree to administration of emergency medical aid by a qualified club official then a parent/guardian of that child must be present at all times that child is taking part in team/club activities.

Parent/Guardian permission for photographing/filming of their child / use of Photos/Film on Club Social Media

Weekley Rovers FC understands that players, their family, and their friends generally enjoy seeing their team’s footballing successes in appropriate online and offline publications.

However as a club we also recognise that the use of photos and film on websites, social media, posters, within the press or other publications, can pose direct and indirect risks to children if they are not managed appropriately.

To help us to get the right balance we therefore seek your permission as part of player registration for the taking of photos/capture of film by Club Officials/Club Authorised Photographers, which (identifiably) include your child and to use those captured photos/videos in posts to the Club’s Social Media Site/s and Club Web Site.

If for any reason your child cannot be, or you do not wish them to be photographed and/or filmed and/or do not wish photos or film of your child to be posted on the Club’s Social Media Site then you must select “No” against the below Permission option.

Should your child be under any family, care, or legal proceeding impacting their inclusion in photos/film then please make sure to advise us of this.  To do so provide us the details in the “Any Other Important Information we should know” text box. 

WRFC Terms & Conditions of Player Registration

Player registration is subject to acceptance of, and agreement to abide by, all The Football Association, League, and Weekley Rovers Football Club laws, rules, regulations, policies, and codes of conduct.

All our youth teams, except the U18’s are entered into the Weetabix Youth Football League whose rules are only available through their mobile phone app.  For iPhone the app can be installed for free from the Apple App Store and for Android phones from the Google Play Store.

Weekley Rovers FC requires all Players, Parents/Guardian’s, Spectators and Club Officials to abide by the FA’s and the Club’s own Codes of Conduct.

IMPORTANT:
Acceptance of these Conditions of Player Registration is a binding agreement to abide by all the above stated laws, rules, policies and codes of conduct and acknowledgement that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and/or financial penalties which the player, or if they are under 16 their parent/guardian, will be liable for.

Please note that we are unable to register players where either they or, where they are under 16 a Parent/Guardian, declines to agree to all Conditions of Player Registration.

If you remain happy to proceed please confirm your acceptances by selecting the relevant acceptance, confirming all details are correct (tick box), specifying the todays date in the Date of Confirmation box,  and then saving your profile which will apply all changes you have made.
