Youth/Mini Soccer team Manager/Coach
Description
Our club is often on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to be a team manager or assistant coach for our mini and youth teams.
No prior experience whatsoever is required to take on this rewarding role, you don't need to have ever played regular football yourself and you don't to be connected to a child in the team.
All we ask is that you are willing to spare 2-3 hours each week, complete some simple training, attend coaches meetings about once a month and abide by the club's ethos and policies.
More than the minimum number of coaching staff opens up additional opportunities to share the time required and eases taking time out for work or personal events without the need to cancel a session so do encourage other's to volunteer with you.
