The Child Welfare Officer ensures that the safety and well being of our members is always front and centre making the position of paramount importance to the Club.
You will gain experience and confidence in dealing with sensitive and sometimes challenging situations that will be valuable in many other aspects of daily life.
And most importantly you'll get to observe the positive impact on our youth members personal development and their enjoyment of playing football that comes from the safe and supportive environment that you have played a key role in providing.
